Our three levels of Timber Care are designed to take the guesswork out of maintaining your log home. From routine preventative care to more comprehensive annual maintenance, each level helps us stay ahead of weathering, failed stain, open checks, and chinking or caulking issues before they become expensive repairs.
Every Timber Care plan includes a professional log wash using Sashco Timber Bright, helping remove dirt, grime, pollen, and surface contaminants while preparing the logs for proper maintenance and protection.
Every plan is also connected to your Timber Care Log Home Passport—a digital record that grows with your home. Inspections, photos, moisture readings, completed maintenance, repairs, and future recommendations are documented year after year, giving you a clear picture of your home's condition and maintenance history.
Timber Care Plans
Graphite
$999
Our Graphite Plan provides essential preventative maintenance to help address problem areas before they turn into larger repairs. Each service includes up to 20 linear feet of sanding, 1 gallon of the correct matching stain, and up to eight 30 oz. tubes of chinking and/or caulking.
All stain is bucket-brushed by hand for proper application and penetration—no spraying. Your completed maintenance is documented in your Timber Care Log Home Passport, helping build a long-term service history for your home.
GOLD

Our Gold Plan provides a higher level of preventative maintenance for log homes needing more extensive yearly care. Each service includes up to 50 linear feet of sanding, 3 gallons of the correct matching stain, and up to 10 30 oz. tubes of chinking and/or caulking.
The Gold Plan also includes spray application of stain on one wall, allowing us to refresh and protect a larger area of the home when needed. All maintenance, repairs, photos, and recommendations are documented in your Timber Care Log Home Passport for easy long-term tracking.
PLATINUM
$2999
Our Platinum Plan is our highest level of annual preventative maintenance, designed for log homes needing more extensive yearly care and protection. Each service includes up to 80 linear feet of sanding, 5 gallons of the correct matching stain, and up to 15 30 oz. tubes of chinking and/or caulking.
The Platinum Plan also includes spray application of stain on up to two walls, providing greater coverage for areas experiencing heavier weathering and UV exposure. All completed work, photos, condition updates, and future recommendations are documented in your Timber Care Log Home Passport.
